I have a small collection of hippeastrum, they are best flowers for winter. It can be rainy or snowy day outside and bright blooming magical flowers inside on your window. Sweet nymph is my favourite type of hippeastrum, double flower, beautiful pink colour its absolutely charming, couldn't resist to paint it.
This painting made on Saunders Waterford 300g watercolour papier and Winsor&Newton professional watercolour paint.
